Voice of America does not appear to have a VOA English news corespondent with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry in Kyiv and is not carrying live his news conference on VOA’s English, Ukrainian, Russian websites or any other VOA website. A VOA English report quoting Secretary Kerry speaking in Kyiv referred to Reuters news agency.
The news conference was carried live by Fox News and others. It has just ended 11:56 AM EST, Tuesday, march 4, 2014.
