Russian media reported that acting Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) president Kevin Klose will meet in Moscow Tuesday with a delegation of fired Radio Liberty journalists. Reports also say that Klose will meet in Moscow Tuesday with leaders of Russia’s human rights and political opposition movement who have called for the return of fired journalists to Radio Liberty.

The BBG Watch latest list of Russian and International Media on Radio Liberty Crisis includes these stories and has more than 500 other items since September 2012 when the Radio Liberty journalists were fired and their programs were terminated on orders of Kevin Klose’s predecessor, former RFE/RL president Steven Korn. Klose was selected by the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), the federal agency in charge of U.S. international broadcasting, to resolve the crisis.
