In the last 2 hours, Voice of America (VOA) Russian U.S. vote posts got only between 3 and 27 Facebook Likes, between 0 and 4 Comments, and between 0 and 4 Shares. 27 “Likes” were for a drone video. The other VOA Russian Facebook posts got between 3 and 20 “Likes.” Some VOA Russian U.S. vote posts within the last two hours had zero Comments and zero Shares. The Voice of America is overseen by the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), which then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton described in 2013 as “practically defunct.”
