2015 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey

A Washington Post columnist reports that the Broadcasting Board of Governors is still near the bottom in the 2015 FEVS in “each category.”

Since a few days ago, the BBG has a new CEO/Director John Lansing. His impact on employee morale will not be seen in FEVS results until next year. In 2014/2015, the Broadcasting Board of Governors was led by a three-person management team. The BBG’s board chairman is Jeff Shell. He and other board members selected John Lansing to turn the agency around. Only federal employees of the BBG participate in FEVS surveys. BBG’s non-federal entities, such as Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) and Radio Free Asia (RFA), are believed to be better managed.

JOE DAVIDSON, WASHINGTON POST: “Business Administration and the Broadcasting Board of Governors are just above DHS at the bottom of each category.”
