Thanks to the intervention of Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) Chairman Jeff Shell, who ordered the BBG lawyers not to appeal decisions by arbitrators and courts that went against the agency in the case of illegally RIFed Radio and TV Marti journalists, many of them will be returning to the Office of Cuba Broadcasting (OCB) on Monday for processing before getting their jobs back.
BBG Watch had numerous reports on the struggle of OCB journalists for justice.
