BBG Watch Commentary

THE WORLD SPEAKS OUT is a new page on Radio Free Asia (RFA) website showing the world’s solidarity with the pro-democracy movement in Hong Kong. Thanks to RFA, Voice of America, BBC and other Western media using multiple news delivery channels, China’s “Great Firewall” of censorship and jamming of broadcasts is no longer effective. Messages received by RFA through calls, e-mail and social media show that the Chinese government’s censorship and spin machine failed inside and outside China.
